Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a tracking link to monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
